I called West and Witherspoon with an urgent request to deliver flowers to my wonderful daughter-in-law on her birthday. It was a last-minute request from halfway across the country, and I was concerned about ordering flowers from a shop, site unseen. As it turns out, there was no need to worry. The wonderful woman that answered the phone, reassured me that they could get them out to her straight away, and they would do a beautiful arrangement. I gave her my credit card number and crossed my fingers.
About 90 minutes later, I received a wonderful thank you from my daughter-in-law for the absolutely gorgeous bouquet that was delivered to her at work. I can't thank West and Witherspoon enough for coming through, especially last minute. The bouquet was absolutely gorgeous, and they clearly went out of their way to get it to her as quickly as possible. I highly recommend this florist. Beautiful flowers, wonderful service, and reasonably priced.

I ordered flowers for my aunt’s funeral and was beyond delighted. I am from out-of-town and had no personal experience with ordering funeral flowers. My family bought two sprays on fairly short notice, but they were delivered on time and looked even better than I expected. I can recommend this florist without any reservations, whatsoever.

I wish I could give 20 stars. I freaking love this place. I’m a critic of customer service because I take it very serious. It’s the foundation of basic human interaction and integrity. It’s sooo easy to pass the buck around and not try to understand customers, but it takes time and patience and dedication to make each customer feel like they’re the only person who matters in the world. That’s what West and Witherspoon does. No matter how busy they are they treat me with respect and kindness. I’m the dir of Finance At Patriot Chevrolet here in town so I deal with and see how customers react to how they are treated, it’s a craft I’ve taken pride in mastering.i love people!
